Now that marijuana is legal in most states, police and investigators can get paid for the real work of catching up with the backlog of rape victims and murder cases, so that the victims and families might have the justice of closure.
Imagine finding out that it was your DNA sample that led the police to identify the perpetrator, who also happens to be your father… Like damn 😳
