I have many friends in both the army and air force stationed at Scott Afb in Illinois. One of them is actually working at TRANSCOM with high ranking officers. She told me the military has been moving people and even nuclear weapons using commercial planes. They have even been using Lambert airport in St. Louis not far from there as a base for TACAMO planes. Apparently Boeing is headquartered there. Beginning this Friday, Russia will only accept rubles, gold or bitcoin as payment for energy exports to "unfriendly" countries. No dollars or euros will be accepted. And why should Putin accept dollars or euros anyway, given that the western financial system has told Putin he can no longer use dollars or euros to purchase anything.
As a result, Putin is demanding rubles, gold or bitcoin. And that means the Russian ruble is now backed by commodities exports, making it a currency backed by something real. If you buy rubles, in other words, you can trade those rubles for natural gas or oil.

And troops also hit the Ukrainian special forces headquarters in Bereznehuvate, in the southern Mykolaiv region, and mobile land-based Iskander missile launchers were used to strike two ammunition depots in the eastern Donetsk region. Russian forces are shelling nearly all cities along the frontline separating Ukrainian government-controlled territory from areas held by Russian-backed freedom fighters in the eastern Donetsk region. Russian forces have hit industrial facilities in three strikes on the Khmelnitskyi region of western Ukraine overnight.
It's cruel to make the Ukrainian people believe that somehow, they will stop the "special military operation' by prolonging it. Prolong suffering and more lives lost in the end.
