Lawyers for the states opposing President Trump’s plan say it would violate the Constitution. The Census Bureau says it doesn’t yet know how many undocumented people are in the U.S. and can’t say when they will know, so a majority of the justices seemed reluctant to decide the issue now.

Supreme Court Justices Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan, all liberal left justices, wrote "aliens without lawful status cannot be excluded from the decennial census solely on account of that status" So, this is where election fraud starts. Illegal aliens affect the number of representatives distributed to each state. Illegal aliens cant affect our elections in any way or shape

  12. They count the population every ten years to see how many representatives a state would get and how much funds they would receive. If all people are not counted as the constitution says they should, then a state won't receive adequate funds or representatives, you will be affected for those agreeing with Trump. Just because they are not legal does not mean they aren't here or that they would suddenly be allowed to vote. It is to know the accurate population in a state.

  23. All State elections for governor and other State representatives should have an electoral college system so that big cities do not dominate State politics and maybe some balance can be achieved in the nation as a whole.
