23. More of a question than an answer…. Mr. Blinken says democracy's are more stable….. Is that so given the debt that many, including ourselves are carrying/nuturing. I'm pro-democracy but have reservation$ on the levels of debt payback being a factor of future concern for security? Limitation would be I think wise…. I planned the Bin Laden raid and I am caugious at China's view of the matter. He mentions they are working for transparency, is clarity the same? As I don't think so but it's generally more honest…..example; our rejoining our neighbours for defense. It's transparent financially we can no longer protract an engagement, therefore if one of a serious nature begun it would escalate out of control.
