  4. THIS IS OBAMA CARE……………..Before obama care i spent $500/year on doctors and my 3 medications i NEED. After obama care i spend a $1000/year and get NO MEDICATION OR DOCTORS cause they took that money i had for meds and doctors and now i give DOUBLE that to obama care and can not even afford any co payments cause they took that $500/year i had for meds plus another $500/year so i could get obama insurance. YEAH THAT MAKES SENSE. And yes i will die like a decade earlier cause of obama care. And a lot of other poor people. But do not worry the rich people on obama care will get a deduction from their insurance payment cause i have to chip in a $1000/year along with a bunch of other poor people. Now we…the poor…can not afford are meds or doctor appointments any more but like i said it is ok cause the rich will not have to pay as much for their insurance any more. OBAMA CARE IS NOT FREE IT IS 8% of your yearly income which is about a WHOLE MONTH OF INCOME. So if you make a $1000/month then obama care just took a $1000/year off of you. And that kills a person making $12,000/year to drop to $11,000/year

  7. Not a huge fan of Obamacare, but it was a first step.
    What we need is Medicare for all however, as Medicare is super efficient, whereas private health insurance companies are not.
    Medicare for all
    Federal minimum wage hike
    And UBI
    And less backwater low brow thinkers who worship insults rather than fixing problems.
    Obamacare had ONE goal, to help insure those that were not or could not insure themselves…and that was accomplished.
    “Do it yourself or die in a ditch” mentality has to END…some can’t, and are still humans, citizens, and our neighbors.
    If you can’t agree with that statement, don’t you dare have the audacity to call yourselves patriots…it’s emotional bluster with no substance.

  8. I support Medi-care for all, so the government can take more out of your taxes, just look at Canada, their government doesn't even want to absorb the cost. Because they know it would be way too expensive.

  12. We don't need more BO Care, insurance with high premiums, copays and deductibles, we need guaranteed healthcare for all. Even Russia guarantees healthcare to all citizens. Obama, great at getting uninformed Democrats to vote for the worst president in history and support his failed policies. Where is Obama's apology for killing over 500,000 innocent men women and children in his for-profit oil wars in Syria, Yemen and Iraq which are still going on?

  18. It wasn’t too affordable having to pay $700 a year because I couldn’t afford their “affordable care” insurance! I guess his idea and my idea of success are two different definitions.

  24. It’s a big deal right now. I got out two face masks today in my packed fabric storage bin. I had moved to be with my son. Holy smokes. (Now —a fourth shot for the 2nd booster shot). I got my booster shot in mid December at the county livestock yard called “The Pig Palace”. Yup. (Our county commissioners did a Colorado State vaccine van drive through San Miguel County then. ) Lovely place.. that night… with tons of good information and fast service for a free flu shot and covid-19 booster shot. (Holy smokes). I had sore arms and couldn’t get out of the darned bathtub. I sat down and learned the side effects were this. I slept well and babied myself. But in two years time my hair had also …. turned white …on top of my curly brown hair. (And today, I saw that .) But, I cut my own hair regularly and because of having a bad skin cancer several years ago, on my face…with a long scar…I had also dressed in nice clothes with the “neck on down approach”. Sun hats, long sleeves and jeans. Yikes. White hair! I am old enough now. Yikes! I was shocked. But, a good fun pandemic, kids and you will have some respect for how harrowing it has been for the world as well. 🙏⛳️Colorado Governor Jared Polis was great. Yup. He is. Hope he is re-elected in November. ⛳️💙🇺🇸🇺🇦💛🎏Yup.

  29. I really respect Obama but The Affordable Care Act is a joke, mainly, in my opinion, because Republicans wouldn’t work with the Dems. So many families struggle to pay outrageous premiums with large out of pocket expenses. Biden please work on this so it is really affordable.
