  2. Roy Blount isn’t for America. He’s walking away because he isn’t strong enough to stand up and fight the Trump regime. What A weak excuse not to vote for her. She is way over qualified then the last 3 he voted in.

  3. Of course Republicans like Roy Blunt will object to Judge Brown based on whatever bullshit reasons his overlords have fabricated to object to a a Democratically-nominated Supreme Court candidate. Judge Brown all but said she will follow the original intent of the Constitution, which under normal circumstances makes Republican Senators cream their jeans. But Senator Blunt thinks for some reason that Judge Brown is not good enough. I wonder what that reason is.

  4. Senator Roy Blount had the opportunity to do the right thing for our country. He did the old duck and dodge in respect to Judge Brown-Jackson.

  5. Judge KBJ is so beyond qualified far more than Trumps 3 appointees. This guy is just finding what suits the conservative agenda. Appointments should only for white men??? More women Judges is needed on the Supreme Court!

  6. What is with these people obsessing over her philosophy? The last thing we need is another Supreme Court Justice that philosophiszes about law. Sure, the Republicant's won't find it as refreshing as the rest of us will find it to have another person sitting on the Supreme Court that does not have their head up Q's butt, tRump's butt or firmly lodged in a Bible (which is in total opposition to the whole separation of church and state thing). But they're going to have to be re-schooled on the establishment clause. Because the Christian Jihad faction of our government violates the establishment clause constantly.

It was completely inappropriate for KJB to be questioned the way that she was about her faith during the confirmation hearings because she doesn't " take to the streets" with her religious beliefs. It was NOT inappropriate for Amy Coney-Barrett to be questioned about her faith, because she was very public about her religious views, so much so that it was reasonable to have concerns about her being influenced at least as much by her faith than as by the law.

The right dragging their religious beliefs into every aspect of government is just wrong and needs to be policed. It's out of control. Apparently FL governor Ron DeathSentance has declared himself a Christian warrior. And Lauren Boebert and Marjorie Taylor Greene have been describing themselves as Christian women fighting to protect Christian values. I highly doubt any of them ever set foot in any church. The worst part about people like them is that they are just using their pseudo Christianity to con their supporters. No one's right and freedom to attend their places of worship or to practice their religion has been under threat. Angry mobs of radical liberals have not been forming human chains in front of places of worship in order to bar worshippers from entering. Or bombing places of worship. There's been no attempts to outlaw any religions at all. There have been violent attacks in places of worship in this country. And a horrifying amount of harassment and prejudice against people of certain religions. But that all comes from the right. So who is it that threatens other people's freedom of religion? It's the one's who are openly working to make this country a strictly Christian nation. While all the while claiming to be trying to protect and defend the Constitution, which they claim to love so much. The hypocrisy is so unbelievably disgusting.

These evil republican politicians and Supreme Court judges and their wives constantly tell Republican voters that the Deep State is out to rob them of their religious freedom. And gullible sheep will obediently re-bleet the message and work themselves into a frenzy, and viola!, the threat is real in their minds. This is propaganda at work and it is evil.

This country was NOT built on Christian values. It was built in large part on freedom of religion, as oppression of religion and people actually being forced to practice a particular religion and forbidden to choose any other was a global problem and a global threat at the time this country was being established by the invading population. Christian values are a thing to be freely practiced and expressed anywhere and any time outside the government. It's in the Constitution because so many people fled to the New World in order to escape from governments that were ruled by the dominant religion. According to our Constitution, other than when the subject of the conversation is regarding the rights and freedom of citizens to practice their faith in this country, which is not under any kind of threat, the subject should not come up within our government. And it should not determine how the laws are written and how the law is interpreted. People who are religious to an extreme should not be in any position in government that involves making law or interpreting the law. It is a clear conflict of interest and there is no such thing as a human, who is profoundly influenced by their religion, that can make major decisions and judgements based on facts alone. There is no such thing as a fanatically religious person that can honestly not allow themselves to be strongly influenced by their religious beliefs.

Our laws cannot be based on religious belief. And yet Republicans are able to steamroll through our government and across our nation with their religious belief. How is this possible? The establishment clause is right there in the Constitution. Right there in the first amendment. You can't miss it. It seems that you also can't enforce it. And that is a really serious problem. Screw philosophy and religious fanatism. That's for places like Afghanistan. People suffer greatly when religious fanatics call the shots. It's why religion has become an ugly and frightening thing for people with morals, compassion and values.

  7. Republicans are a selfish, lot!! It's all about them, their legal money grubbing fanatism, and their POWER/CONTROL, over a nation 😏👍!!!! What is conservatism, but just another word for uncaring, stingy, and hateful!!! It's awesome to see that they're slowly, losing! At last 😊😁!!!

  8. Were does this guy get his info. He is just wrong on so much. He doesn’t understand the basics of oil futures. He can not be in control. It’s unacceptable for him to be so wrong. Wow.

  9. Pedo Blunt. We will call them what they are and no one will ever work to get tax stolen for the welfare pedo's again. They can all go to Chyna. Or Ukraine.

  10. HUMIDY HUMIDY HUMIDY HUMIDY…..BLAH BLAH BLAH! Simply put, she WILL BE the most qualified judge seated! That’s all dude had to say! 😅😂🤣 Instead, he was comfortable in morphing into a 🥨

  11. Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson is about to become the first undefinable being of color appointed to the Supreme Court.

  12. Can you spell racism and misogyny? Those words are synonymous with modern Grumpy Old Party 🥳.. Mitch McConCon hasn't had a new idea or thought since 1985. He is a Drama Queen devoid of personality and vision but he can bitch, bitch and more bitch. God bless America 🇺🇸.

  13. So we all agree Judge K B Jackson is overwhelming qualified….
So does that mean your Racist or Sexist ?
    Both ? 🤔

  14. Tell me you're against black women having political power without saying you're a racist. It makes no sense for a Senator to praise Judge Jackson but say they won't vote to confirm her to scotus

  15. no Republicans will vote for her because she is black.
we get it. they don’t all need to give us their answer like it’s a SHOCK!!!

  16. Bottom line! Republicans failed to hold Trump accountable for his crimes. Mitch McConnell even said that trump was accountable for what he did in office, as a civilian. their failure to hold Trump accountable led to the domestic terrorist attack on our Capital.
Why do they have say on this issue? Don't they have a cocaine fueled orgy to attend?

  17. The court needs to be expanded, NOW. Several of the nine justices are following a fringe legal philosophy called "textualism", which is far out of the mainstream and will take us back to making birth control illegal. They were nominated by Presidents who lost the popular vote and do not represent the values of America, and it's laughable that we consider "9 justices" a sacrosanct number when Republicans have so thoroughly gerrymandered the court.

  18. another old white guy upset with progress. So he says she is well qualified but won't vote for here? "It's time for it to happen" but he won't help him. What a racist douchebag

  19. Sen. Roy Blunt don't want to vote for lifetime appointment. However, she all ready has a lifetime appointment at the job she presently has. I'm sure Sen. Blunt knows this, right?

  20. Of course, she is worthy, and of course she is not for the GOP. That is because the GOP is for High pharmaceutical costs, prolife, (anti-abortion at all costs), anti-support for single mothers, and pro-conspiracy. The GOP cannot survive without conspiracy and fear mongering.
