When I used to do that job, the persons attitude made 1000% difference of me being an ass or cutting them a break.If they ran out yelling and cursing me up and down it was game over for them.If they came out and were like,"Look, I know I parked in a Fire Lane.I just ran in and didn't plan to be here long, I was in the wrong, would you cut me some slack please ?" Most of the time I would. People in HC spots NEVER got a break from me.If you want the spot then I feel you should take the HC as well
