We’re at the point where we need to acknowledge that if you’re a vaccinated healthy( not obese) that the virus is not going to really affect you much. Most of the recent deaths have been unvaccinated ( well duh) and obese and even more so morbidly obese people especially obese people with co-morbidities. The vaccine is not as effective in them and they often have other health issues that make them more likely to have complications with covid. What’s ironic is older people who are at a healthy weight are less likely to die than relatively younger people who are obese. Maybe we should have weight loss mandates.
