7. This is a bit misleading….The Peruvian govt provides their own security within
   the grounds of the Embassy and property…as each is considered part of their country. Just like we have Marines guarding our embassies overseas in their countries. So the "Secret Service" may be what the Peruvians call their Embassy Security Detail there….and then WASH DC Police respond to take over investigation, remove body and provide reactive support. The US Secret Service does not protect foreign diplomats…only our own.
