The shooters were identified PUBLICLY, because they are the ones who used the firearm as a tool for killing.
The shooters lives were torn upside down to find out "WHY".
Firearm safety used to be taught in PUBLIC schools by police officers.
Maybe, more like should, return to these basics. Firearm crime would drop.
