And suffice it to say two Mexican people, male or female swimming for their lives across the water is VERY DIFFERENT then two individuals who are swimming WITH DRUGS ATTACHED To their bodies or in their body cavity. It is almost as though it is suggested as though it is impossible to perceive that people might try to traffic drugs while swimming. Either that is what happened or it didn't.
