Still looks so weird seeing Ruby with a bonnet
while your at it I would check the whole wire harness from the engine to the cockpit . the way it's acting it makes me think there's a wire with a break in it that only disconnects or completely grounds itself under load. the car ran fine to the track but as soon as it launched it stalled or the engine broke up . with nothing in the logs I would look for a bad wire as the culprit but that's just my opinion.

Dunno if it’s just me but even in the thumbnail the left rear wheel just looks completely out of alignment. I’m no expert but surely that’s not good when you’re trying to put down 1000hp+. Dunno if it was just the camera angle but even on the first pull attempt it just looked really off. Hopefully get the ole fix’er up tho

Best car in the fleet. Something about Ruby, from a shady auction buy to probably the best looking Corvette out there. Her problems will be sorted.
