  1. This is the vacillating course of laws. A generational variation of perception and prevailing norms that politicians need to catch up including the highest courts of the land. The revisionists can always be found in a generation some good for others, to some or many, not so sweet. The result will always be civil unrest.

WADE I WAS INITIALLY FREAKING OUT BUT NOW I THINK IT MAY BE A MIXED BLESSING: I BELIEVE IS SHOULD BE A STATE TO STATE DECISION. AND I DO LIVE IN LIBERAL CA SO ABORTION RIGHT'S SHOULD BE WELL UPHELD; I THINK IT GIVES US AMERICANS A CHANCE TO DIAL DOWN HOW WE FEEL ABOUT HOW MANY WEEKS OUT A PREGNANT GIRL STILL HOLDS RIGHTS TO AN ABORTION: WHEN I HAD MY ABORTION AT AGE 16 WITHOUT MY PARENTS' DECISION AT 12 WEEKS, IT WAS A LIFE Saver for me, personally. I would like that my LIBERAL STATE OF CA VOTE ON how many weeks before it is NO LONGER LEGAL: I feel the first TRIMESTER MAKES SENSE. BEYOND 12 WEEKS DOESNT FEEL OK. THAT IS MY PERSONAL OPINION.

    It is the Supreme Court’s job to make sure that the constitution is adhere to as outlined by our forefathers blah blah blah. That is their only job is to make sure the constitution is followed and interpreted correctly.

    Now, you wanna try and tell me that Thomas Jefferson Benjamin Franklin and freaking George Washington all thought that abortion was a constitutional right for all women everywhere? Abortion is a truth that is self evident that abortions are a right given to man by his creator?The same as the freedom of speech and the freedom of press?

    You may not like it, you may think it should be changed, you may wish things were different than they are. That doesn’t change The fact that in order for abortion to be a right guaranteed by the Constitution and amendment needs to be made. Good luck with that.

  10. The government allows you to kill your unborn son/daughter in order to make their job easier dealing with poverty and crime, and as a plus they are ironically giving you more "rights". However they do not abort their children because they do not have the problems that motivate YOU to do so.

    This men who went this law gone are one's who cannot flap a girl down, they want to be able to sleep with someone they are desperately interested in and impregnate them. They want control over woman's body and their rights. I'm a guy and I could careless. But read the dudes comments how serious and shady they get on this topic. Think about it, how does this law help them? If they are old, have kids and a wife ? This is just some church weird B's that this guy's want control over you. Quite frankly it's scary and dark.

    But hey if you guys really want this gone then you better provide EVERYTHING a woman needs for her child. Even child support by tax payers until the child is 18. This should be a mandatory tax.
    Let's see how well you change your tone. This isn't crazy, it isn't no one forced them to have sex. It's fact you want to control and force adults to be parents. Then you better help financially.

    It has been proven and observed OVER AND OVER that banning abortions DOES NOT DECREASE THE NUMBER OF ABORTIONS!! It only makes the abortions being made UNSAFE!!! Please, if abortion is ilegal, rich women WILL FIND A WAY to safely abort, poor women WILL NOT, a lot will die and suffer horrible consequences due to unsafe abortions.

    I am not making this up, please look it up, if you are against abortions, MAKING THEM ILLEGAL DOES NOT DECREASE NUMBER OF ABORTIONS, MAKING ABORTION ILLEGAL KILLS MORE WOMEN.

    Before Roe v Wade almost 2 OUT OF 10 pregnant women DIED DUE TO UNSAFE ABORTION.

    Please, I beg of you, pro life or pro choice, MAKING ABORTION ILLEGAL IS NOT THE WAY, IT CREATES DEATH AND MYSERY, IT DOES NOT END ABORTIONS, BUT IT DOES END MANY WOMENS LIVES!!!
