6. I live here in Hot Springs,Arkansas where the shooting happened. There was a fight in the parking lot adjacent to the front doors of the convention center. There were about 20 people standing around fighting…the cops tried to break it up and then someone started shooting into the crowd. The cops shot the guy….Charles is is 1st name, don’t know the last name. He didn’t die but went to the hospital. One dead so far and several with severe wounds (from the shots fired by Charles).
   These people think they’re gangster until they’re about to pull a trigger and then it seems bullets just spray into those that don’t deserve them instead of walking up to the person they want dead and going POW.
