We also have on record that FBI official James Baker testified that Sussman lied by claiming he wasn't working for the Hillary Clinton campaign
This leaves us with an uncomfortable question: either Sussman was lying (about working for the Clinton campaign, or FBI official James Baker was lying, or (most likely) they were both involved in a conspiracy to frame Trump.
