  6. 2003年3月20日にイラク戦争が開始されてから10年がたつが未だこの戦争の過ちについて十分な総括が国際的になされていない。

    イラク戦争は、国連安保理の許可を得ない武力行使であり、明らかに国連憲章違反であったし、その理由とする「大量破壊兵器」は存在しなかった。この誤った戦争により、イラクはあまりにも壊滅的な打撃を受け、人命を奪われた。

    アメリカ、ジョンホプキンズ大学ブルームバーグ公共衛生大学院の研究では、2003年のイラク戦争の結果として約65万5千人のイラク人が死亡したと推定、WHOはイラクで2003年3月から2006年6月までに15万1千人が暴力によって死亡したと推定している。

    米軍との戦闘で命を奪われた人だけではなく、占領後の宗派間対立の激化で多くの人が死亡したわけであるが、戦争が起きなければこれだけの犠牲がなかったことは明らかである。

    しかし、これだけ人命を犠牲にしたのに、米国では誤った戦争に関する公的な謝罪や検証は全く行われていない。

    特に、私が人権の観点から許せないのは、米軍・英軍が直接かかわった人権侵害行為の責任がほとんど問われていないことだ。

    例えば、2004年4月と11月の米軍によるファルージャ総攻撃では、戦争犯罪に該当する「民間人攻撃」が行われたとされ、多数の民間人が殺害されたという。白リン弾や劣化ウラン弾等残虐兵器が民間人の居住地で、市民に対する危害を最小限に抑える手段を一切講ずることな大量に使われ、おびただしい死者が出た。

    白リン弾使用については、イタリアのドキュメンタリーでその残虐性、極めて残酷で深刻な被害が暴露されている。アメリカ軍がアブグレイブやその他の刑務所で、拷問・非人道的取り扱いに該当する身体的虐待や侮辱などの行為をイラク人拘留者に対して行ったことは多くの証拠に裏付けられている。

    こうした行為は何より戦争犯罪の可能性が高いが、きちんとした調査は行われず、ほとんど誰も責任を問われていない。訴追されるのは少数の末端の兵士だけ。意思決定に関わったトップレベルの人々、ブッシュ元大統領やラムズフェルド元国防長官、拷問を正当化した司法省、国防省関係者等の責任は全く問われていない。

    超大国が大規模かつ残虐な人権侵害をして幾多の罪もない人を殺害しても誰も責任を問われない、そのようなことでは、大国の都合でおびただしい虐殺が今後も果てしなく繰り返されるだろう。罪もない多数の犠牲者のことを考えると怒りしかない。

    イギリスにはイラク戦争検証委員会が設置され、調査が続いてきたが、未だに最終報告は出されておらず、検証は長引いている。アメリカに至っては全く検証・独立調査委員会設置の機運すらない。

    米国連邦不法行為法は、海外で行われた不法行為、戦争行為で生じた被害については国家の賠償責任を免除するという規定を置いており、米国は海外で行った戦争行為によりいかなる被害を個人に生じさせても

Joe Biden didn't think to spend the US federal budget to finance a reduction in the price of gasoline at US gas stations to $2 per gallon (a subsidy to compensate for the price difference). To do this, he could raise the ceiling of the American national debt by five trillion dollars higher, because the price of gasoline is more important to American voters than the size of the American national debt. The American Democrats did not foresee this in the sanctions. Americans, Vote Republican! Support the head of the Leningrad Territorial Election Commission, Lyudmila Pilepishkina, so that she becomes a candidate in the election of the governor of the Kaliningrad region! Moreover, Ukraine is still not part of Russia. So I am writing and reminding you that US Democrats will soon lose even the ability to defend LGBT rights in the US. Count how many anti-LGBT laws have been made in the US over the past 10 years, and you will understand my point! American LGBT, feminists and BLM should impeach Joe Biden and vote Republican because in the near future the Democrats will lose the ability to protect the rights of BLM and feminists in the US. You see that the Democrats have long been reluctant to nominate a Black American as a candidate for the American presidential election! Obama was America's first and last Black President. (Furthermore, Barack Obama was not a full-blooded Black American, as evidenced by the existing white supremacism in the Democratic Party.) (Which the American Democrats may want to take away from the American Nation with the help of mass executions of innocent Americans by maniacs and other dirty provocations – some performers and their families are ready to testify in courts in the claims of the Republicans.) But Joe Biden is ready to declare war on legal arms manufacturers and dealers in America . So the Democrats will just offend the American gun lobby, but American arms manufacturers and dealers are not guilty of school shootings in the US. It's just that American students are mostly unarmed in schools, so they can't stop armed maniacs! Moreover, duplicate testimonies of the perpetrators and their families are waiting to be published in the archives of the Republicans? However, US Democrats are unable to prove a concern for women's rights – for example, that Maria Zakharova be appointed foreign minister to replace Sergei Lavrov in Russia. This shows how weak Democrats are about women's rights! Americans, Vote Republican! By the way, the Democrats have forgotten that white supremacism and homophobia are still strong in Hollywood.
