20. The Training and every training need to include whole Bullet Proof Gear including Bullet Proof Shields at all the times on the person while in the class to get use to it. Then when dealing with active shooter it will be much easier to respond with it and get it done quick.

    No matter how many tragedies like this happen, there will be no fundamental change coming. What will keep coming is many more mass shootings.
