I'm from California, but I live in a Latin country. In this country a person needs a license to own a gun. To get a license a person must pass two exams. One is gun safety and the other is a psicological Exam. There are places around town that teach a class to help people get educated and pass the tests. I think its good how they do it here. Anyone can take these tests and there are gun stores. People have to be better trained and testested mentally before getting their license. I think that makes sense.

That's a line of crap the one thing that media isn't reporting on is how many shootings have been stopped by good guys with guns just in the past couple of weeks you want to know that one thing that's not going to change with your law change is bad guys bad guys don't follow your laws they never have and they never will they didn't from the beginning and they're not going to follow your new ones! The only thing your law is going to change his good guys with guns ability to respond to bad guys with guns and don't say the good guys can't fight back because they can it's not our fault that the good guys that day were cowards or that they were told to Stand Down by another coward! The moment the real good guy showed up and didn't care what the other coward was saying guess what happened he ended the bad guy. The only thing I can say it's sad that one cowards stopped all the good guys from going rule of thumb is guy with gun in school don't stop until he's down that's what it should have been barricaded or not those officers should not have stopped until he was apprehended so don't blame the good guys with guns. In the last few weeks there's been multiple good guys that have stopped bad guys with guns what the media doesn't choose to report doesn't change the fact that the good guys stop them but I'll say it like this laws they don't stop the bad guys they're not going to change rather the bad guys show up with a gun or they show up with others means to harm you they don't care about your law didn't care about your old one they're not going to care about your new one. The only thing that changes is that you stop good guys from stopping the bad guys!
