If they didn't want to give each of us $10K, they could've used the $ 8600 to improve the mental health crises, improve security in the schools and other related things. They also could've spent the $40B they sent to ukraine on the same things, which would've ammounted to $400k per school.

Remember when some guy in Las Vegas opened fire on a crowd at a park from a top floor window at a motel? The president didn't enact a bill then. He's not going to enact a bill when they opened fire at an elementary school either. Maybe when the day cares are assaulted he'll do something.
