This is all stupid. Both sides shooting missiles into the ocean. Maybe a innocent dolphin get popped on the head by a falling missile? North Korea only gets more paranoid when South Korea and the United States shoot off counter missiles. It makes Kim Jong Un's case to his people to prepare for American attack. The day North and South Korea unload on each other with missiles and nuclear blasts? There won't be a Korean Peninsula left. Plus that would freak China and Japan out. That's another issue.
