Democrats can’t define a woman, and technically women are not able to be drafted (they have equal rights as a citizen without equal responsibilities as a citizen), so if there ever is a war you can just claim you’re a woman to get out of service.
You also don’t need to take hormones, wear women’s clothes or get surgery because “genitals don’t define gender”. That’s a major legal loophole if we ever need a draft again.
