Why delete my post when I'm citing data from BLS?🤡 "Full employment"? Before the governors shut down the economy, we had 6M job openings and 95M not in labor force. As of May 2022 we have 11M job openings and over 99M not in labor force. Coincidence that the numbers increase and decrease in similar amounts for the 2 time frames? There are 5.6M people that want a job but AREN'T looking for work, and because they're not looking for work, they're not counted as unemployed. If those 5.6M get a job, that jobs opening drops to pre-pandemic and the not in labor force drops to pre-pandemic levels. Gee, I wonder who's policies are keeping people on the sidelines and not working. 🙄 You're being hoodwinked by the government. They're cooking the books to artificially present a 3.6% rate. Add those 5.6M back and the real unemployment rate is 7%
