The shopping center (actually a large store) has been closed for 9 weeks according to the information on google, the missile hit the military target located behind the mall which is located next to an industrial area, look at other videos that show the missile hitting the target surrounded by a large industrial yard with large metal cylinders and a big crane, all Western media are lying and hiding the information, the mall buildings were affected due to the powerful blast, but the target hit was behind those buildings.

    The shopping center has been closed for at least 9 weeks according to the info on google about the place (info. not given by ANY Western media) so it was not "crowded" and there were no customers inside the building (Western media blatantly lie).
