12. And * Snap goes the mind of another person….hell bent on killing ! But , why ? Maybe someone bullied him as a youth ? Someone ridiculed him ? A family member ? It could be many factors…bit something bothered this individual to the breaking point ! As far as planned out.. .I'm sure it was ! But , it finally became an issue in this individuals mind . Thus someone has to pay for it ! They snap at unorthodox times and locations ..finding this out earlier would save lives !!
