COVID has only been around for two years! Yes, the development of Covid vaccines was an amazing accomplishment but VIRUSES MUTATE continuously and Covid mutates faster than new vaccines can be developed and delivered.

That data is how new variants can be identified and new prevention and treatment methods can be developed.
