  2. Mens Rea very close to being proven. There will be others coming forward to save their own skins. Plenty of probative evidence already on the record and buckets more to come.

  3. If you can't hold Donnie responsible legally for his role in the insurrection, then something about your laws aren't written in the right way. I have little doubt that other civilized society would've found a way to hold him accountable. But America's accountability systems are weak, and its officials even weaker.
