Dear Protesters, While you are there you can plan for a community based government with the help of army and police. You do not need another President, Prime Minster, and Ministers. You can run the country with the civil service. Eventually you can change laws and order. If you chose another leader, the corruption will begin again with an immediate effect and you will be fooled again. This is how the global capitalism and market economy works around the world. Ignore all traditional political parties. Do it yourself without any leader in any sector. Decisions must be made by committees in any sector. Unfortunately the global capitalism and market economy will stage more troubles in Sri Lanka and elsewhere.

People are comparing this to Jan 6 in USA. From what I see, people are not violent here and they even bring family and children to explore the place which was otherwise out of bound to ordinary citizens and seems like they are having a good time. What happen in USA was violent attempt to overthrow the government elected by the people for the sake of somebody’s fragile ego.
I didn’t see anyone taking a dump and smearing it on the walls.
