31. It's PAST TIME to call January 6th WHAT IT REALLY IS! By the very legal definitions, it was both, TREASON AND DOMESTIC TERRORISM!

    Legal definition of treason: 18 US Code 2381

    Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

    Also fits the legal definition of domestic terrorism under 18 US Code 2331

    (5)the term “domestic terrorism” means activities that—
    (A)involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;
    (B)appear to be intended—
    (i)to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
    (ii)to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or
