It would seem they would be, indicted. As reported, the truck was left abandoned as the driver walk off from it. If anyone were set to leave or try to get away fearing they might be apprehended and deported, they should open the door and let the others get caught or provide they have a chance to walk out of the truck to go either way, here, there or anywhere. This is brutal. This is awful. Unacceptable, it shouldn't have happened.
