Here's a way to deal with carbon emissions… build all roads underground with an air filtration system which can store Co2 which can be converted into fibres, plastic, polymers and pharmaceuticals, and use the land the roads used to occupy to farm or restart agricultural development. 8. If you ask REAL experts, they'll tell you that carbon does very little to change the atmosphere temperature. Greenhouse effect relies mostly on other gases, such as methane and water vapor.

   To perform as advertised the GHGs require “extra” energy upwelling from the surface radiating as a black body.
   The kinetic heat transfer processes of the contiguous atmos molecules render that scenario impossible.
