  1. It's a beautiful beach front property. However, sometimes it pays to live inland to avoid storm generated swells towering over your place of residency. Remember, MN always WIN! Big bucks no whammies…

  3. laughing except for the poor homeowners- the damage in every part of those condos— I feel sorry for them. Shall we bet how many of these people laughing will be asking for refunds ?

  4. Looks like the surf and racquet club condos in kona.
    Our condo was blocked off with crime scene tape when we were there a few years back. Ground floor window was covered for the storm and no one allowed on the patio. Made for a dark living room and kitchen for sure. Better safe tho.

  5. yikes… the water damage to these homes… water-front property no longer a safe investment in times of global warming.
