If so, this investigation is bad news for him.
He may be called to testify before a federal grand jury.
If what leaks from the grand jury incriminates him personally, he's going have a lot of very difficult campaigning to do.

I'm sorry but how in the world didn't the AG if Kentucky charge ALL of the officers with murder? There's a case in Houston where a detective knowingly lied on a search warrant and his lies ended up with the couple who lived in the house getting killed during a no knock raid. The detective in Houston was charged with murder for that lie. No knock warrants are dangerous for everyone involved. Lying to obtain one should bring a felony murdere charge if anyone is killed as result. That AG needs to go.
