Where is all the c02 equipment/boost controller/etc wired in? Could be interference related to the boost controller or the coil packs. Higher boost is harder to ignite so it's putting more stress on the coils and causing more interference. You could also try some ground shielding on the harness going to the crank sensor and route it by itself completely separate from everything else.

Hate to say it, but you are more than likely going to need to re-wire the entire car.
Is the crank pully a 4 magnet or twelve magnet version? Holly computers will only work right with the 4 magnet ones i believe is the rule. Check with Steve Morris to find out which one you should be using!!
Any idea if the lightening strike still causing the weird issues on Ruby? Just a thought.
If the Holly needs their own 12 volt just hook her up to an optima by itself and let her run on that optima run a secondary battery for everything else

Living in Florida, you HAVE to have AC, I dont care how much work I have to do, I add AC to ALL my cars.. ALL my drift builds, all my boosted builds, they ALL have AC. In my Dc5 making 600whp, I have electric AC from a Pruis!
