29. I've looked at all the comments, read the manual on, "STORING AND SAFEGUARDING CLASSIFIED MATERIAL" And I can safely say that I don't know squat." It's extremely detailed, complicated and confusing to average people. I think it takes a lot of training to handling these documents. Let's imagine for a minute that President Biden invites us to the White House to attend a classified briefing. Now I've always thought from looking at movies that it goes like this, say a general comes in along with two senators. Now in my mind I would expect to see the general and the senators pulling top secrete documents from their briefcases and satchels. But from what I read I don't think that's what you will see. No we may all be highly briefed on what's going on but I don't think any of us in the meeting will have seen that document. Now a guy comes in carrying the document copied 5 times, one for each of us. Now that guy isn't some paid servant that hands out coffee and documents, no he's a well trained contractor who handles this stuff and he had a big job just following procedures in copying that document. oh for him it's walk through the park because he is trained. But you and I would not know where to begin. Hell in step a it sounds easy, "…..classified information must be kept to the minimum required by operational necessity….." but in truth it don't tell us anything. What if there is 25 people in the meeting can I just follow the 8 to 10 steps and make 25 copies? I doubt it very seriously. And then after the meeting those copies have to be collected and there's complicated procedures for that and then the copies have to be destroyed and there are complicated procedures for that. I'm telling you we can talk and talk and talk but all the talk in the world don't make us know one damn thing. And Reporters are learning this just like we are only they are talking to experts and we are talking to each other. We are the blind leading the blind. So when I read articles how the FBI went in and removed these items without Trump being there then I know from reading the manual that they were improperly stored. Had they been properly stored the FBI could not have been able to retrieved the material. But then again I could be wrong. What I gather is that for domestic storage vaults must be built to specifications the locks are also built to specifications and to open those lock also requires a procedure. I'm thinking that means a trained contractor has to be present in delivering classified and highly classified materials. But I'm sure the president has power over the contractors and so things can get chaotic and completely out of balance when you have a President who refuses to cooperate and thumbs his nose up at procedure. But was Trump a complete goofball with no regard for security? I don't know but if I had to guess I say yes from what I've read but I can't say for sure. My point is none of us know these procedures. So we have no choice but to listen to the media and when the press contradict each other we are lost. In short we have to set back, let things play out and see what happens. But I can say with some assurance that Trump has been a total disaster.
