He should not be the only one held accountable. There were dozens of police on the scene and some within a couple of minutes and not one coward was willing to even attempt to bring him down as soon as possible like they were supposed to in active shooter training. Some of the kids bleed out from them taking so long. Not one cop there should still be working in the field. It is sickening.
