Sounds like carbon monoxide. A neighbor said they were working on that particular villa’s air conditioning system every single day while the deceased were there. They said the air conditioner was really noisy and interrupted his sleep.

Sounds like what happened in Bahamas a few years ago. That time it was bootleg liquor. Who knows it could be fentynol might be malicious. To many Americans dieing at resorts past few years.
