The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old missing juvenile Jamia Whittaker-Parker. She was last seen December 24, 2023, at 10:045pm, on the 14xx block of N. 15th St.
She is 5’2’’, 106 lbs., and was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, denim jacket, jeans, and gray Nike sneakers.
