5. A 10 race converter [ cheap high stall convertors will fail ] with a large van-type OEM cooler will live on the street. I ran an ATI 3800 stall in a 69 AMX for years, never once having a problem. I drove it to and from the drag strip. Use a large Dodge /Ford/GM OEM cooler and monitor the transmission temps.

22. I drove a Marauder for years but had to trade it for a 4 wheel drive because I lived in icky Indiana then. I just moved south of Sarasota, so I wish I had it back. It was a fun little grocery getter.😈

23. You might not see this but a good base for this car if it hasn’t been done already is to throw 4:10’s in it. Changes the car completely also a nice tune I had an 04 marauder with SS exhaust 4:10’s and a Marty tune and I was pretty content with it!
