As you know, the improvements to the endgame are a big focus of our next 0.4.0 content update for Path of Exile 2. However, we realised that it might be better to introduce some of the mechanical changes to the endgame sooner than that. Next week, we are planning to release Patch 0.3.1 with major changes and improvements to the endgame.

This video covers the broad strokes of the changes coming to the Endgame in 0.3.1, but there are other changes and details that will be important. Check out our news post here for additional details: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3860076

  1. Until you get around to fixing the performance issues with your game, I could care less about anything other than this. I have no idea where this game footage came from, I know it wasn't from anyone playing this game

  2. Can you also do something about the horrofic performance on console? Its a fucking slideshow. Regular stutters and freezes on some maps/instances and 10 seconds loading screens for towns in 2025 what a joke. ya alpha here alpha there but yall asking for nearly 30 bucks on console for acress and its barely playable.

  3. Often the size of the packs isn't even the problem, it's the speed of the packs. If they weren't almost always way faster than you even with their base speed, many have sprints and leaps and enemies don't get punished like the player when they get hit while sprinting. Both sprints and leaps should be punishable by the player. Getting swarmed can still happen, but if it happened at a slower pace the player has at least most of the responsibility there.

I'm not saying fast mobs can't exist, but it should be limited to specific enemy types, and only those types should have the potential to roll a rare aura that can grant movement speed to a surrounding pack. So, the danger of this still exists, but it's more limited. You'll be able to pull those mobs that close fast ahead of the slower ones and deal with them separately instead of getting mass-ganked by an entire horde.

  4. Guess it's time to come back after quitting on 0.1 :D. The only other reason I quit was because SSF was viturally a waste of my life. But I heard there's crafting and a more reliable experience? Got hooked with the trade league, but it came to a point that I was putting more time in the market than playing lol.
