Missing Juvenile Asaru Moise from the 1st District
The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating missing Asaru Moise. Asaru was last seen September 27, 2025, at 4:30 pm, on the 24xx block of Durfor Street.
He 15 years-of-age and was last seen wearing a blue Mark Adams construction t-shirt with pink tie dyed spots, stone washed jeans, black New Balance sneakers, & diamond earrings.
