28. someone like you who knows this stuff, why do you say "maximum security"? tell me if I am wrong, but isn't it "max custody"? I have never heard of a county jail that is anything less than max security. Minimum custody where I was locked up was still max security. it'd been open since 1988 and they had never had an escape. From any custody level. Am I wrong that most of the time that people say max security, they actually mean max custody? If I am wrong I would absolutely stand corrected if you say I am wrong. Love your videos that come from someone who knows' they're shit, so if I am wrong I will absolutely admit it

    concurrent sentencing is such a crock of shit. You literally get out of years of prison time. I have saved small chunks of time by being sentenced concurrent, so I shouldn't be bad mouthing the concept, but I do think it's a crock of shit. if you commit 3 separate crimes and only do 1 piece of time, how is that right? it's bull shit. consecutive sentences should always be the way it's done. If a guy rapes 3 different women and is sentenced to 20 years for each, why should he only do 20 years? do the other 2 women not count? sounds like something that the victims old man fathers might get together and go take care of the guy while he's at his shit job delivering pizzas in his 50s.

They do it not because they are getting paid great, but because they want to keep the legal system honest by making the prosecutor prove their case. If someone is caught doing the crime with evidence, they’re caught.

38. In Australia U can literally go forever without paying your fines. N U can also be the govt to pay $20 a fortnight from your unemployment payment. So basically doesn't cost U a cent outta your pocket. I still got fines from 1999 that havnt been touched
