39. These inmates are dedicated to MAKING AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, and that's why they are on the move more than yesrs years prior!!! They seem to think they need to be out there to make sure Trumps agenda takes hold and Don won't truly be successful if they are locked up during the country's shift

40. Let us be fair. The problem is that guards were not asleep, there just were no guards in New Orleans. You pay someone enough to not even be able to rent a toilet, how are you going to attract people. Of course the money in New Orleans is wasted. They have a levy board, whose members are paid high salaries, and given an SUV . For that all, they have to do is go ride on the levy maybe once a month, I do not know the frequency. It is just the case of upper echelon people pocketing our tax dollars.
