1. This is a very good video and I'll tell you why. Joe is experiencing what is called politics. It's been said politics is simply the way people treat each other and the way they act toward each other when they're in groups.. political interaction is a fact of life and you cannot get around it.
   No matter how good you are, there's always going to be other people that are going to be second-guessing your abilities, and sometimes it could be your very boss and supervisor that's above you. Not fun.
   Everybody has an ego, and everybody has political considerations that must be kept in check.
   You're always learning very well that some things cannot be taken at face value, and you got to prove yourself every damn day.
   Keep up the good work Joe because you seem to be getting better and you're learning about people in a better way. 👍
