The day I got the OCCUPANCY permit!

Join the concrete crew as we begin work on a driveway and patio replacement on a VERY hot day. The following day we cancelled the pour due to rain but unexpectedly all the pieces fell into place and I got what I have been waiting for.. The occupancy permit. FINALLY! It has been quite the journey but we persevered and it all came together. Today was a good day. Enjoy!

  1. This episode felt like a series finale and Victory Chapter 3 is now going to begin!
Huge congratulations Ryan. It feels so surreal following along this journey. Still thinking about you showing us that you bought the land and couldn’t even imagine what it would become. The last few years have flown by and now look at all this!!! Huge respect and inspiration. I’m incredibly happy for you, your family and crew! Nothing but the best! Can’t wait for what’s next!

  2. Ryan should set up a (TEMP) tripod flag {system} over the pyloned hose connection for next building, by the locked gate shed. Its not just a pylon eyesore and becomes a temporary monument that ALSO avoids the hose connection and tie it up to the flag pole or hang it like elephant trunk. EITHER WAY you remove simple eyesore and beutify it (lol) while also paying homage to the flag and the American soldiers.

(Im canadian – look like HABS YOUPPI)

  3. Could have easily added underground storage for water for the driveway and have it leached underground and possibly discharged at the street if municipality allows

  4. How Ryan can see things and know things just by pulling up on the job is a testament of his knowledge and experience! Good work, as ALWAYS!! 😅
And I love how he looks out for the wellbeing of his employees and customers! PRICELESS!!! If there was a “Boss/owner of the year award” he would be the recipient 10X over the rest!

  5. I'm no expert, and this may sound dumb to those who know. However, is it possible that because it's so humid, the concrete takes longer to harden as there's more moisture in the air, thus "less room" for evaporation to take place?

  6. Thanks Ryan, crew and family for taking us along your journey!! Keep up the great work sir!! Me and my family have been watching from the beginning.

  7.
