you say that the floor outside is higher than the garage floor can you not run a drain and have a little pipe to run the water away all you need to do is cut a plastic pipe in half length ways then that will be the bottom of the drain then get a plasic grid to top it off simple just an idea ryan have a good day my friend.

There’s an attachment for a vacuum so u don’t get all that silica dust everywhere. Not sure how educated you or your team are on silicosis but should get hepa vacuum at least so your guys don’t start having health problems
