16. I think cmf failed to understand under 20k mobile market in India. No charger is a big bummer. If a person can spend more than 25k on a he/she won't mind paying 1000-2000k for charger. But in under 20k price game changes. People buying phones under 20k are already on a budget and you want them to buy charger separately is a mistake. And the price of accessories should have been halved of what they have priced them. Most of the people will hesitate to buy charger separately and you expect them to buy Rs.1500k for back cover. If you want your customers to play with the look of the phone, make the game affordable.
