Prior to that, he was an assistant U.S. attorney in the criminal division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. He is currently a partner at the law firm Selendy Gay.

One thought I had, watching the Jan 6, 2021 capital event was…what preperation did the Capital Police have? Did DJT or the persons over the Capital Police, intentionally have them under staffed and unprepared for such a large crowd. And He said "let's go to the Capital and Fight for our country."
