The guys were really getting on my nerves but we got through the day without any explosions. Back at the yard the pond is coming along nicely with 10 dump trucks hauling fill offsite. Enjoy

Ryan, I do that type of trucking in Massachusetts. I can’t believe you’re paying $1300 an hour for 10 trucks. Around here you get like 82 bucks an hour for a truck. 1300? You should be getting like 14 trucks not 10.
I've worked with male crews all over the world in a different trade, these guys are wholly undeserving of a job, the salary that comes with it, why Ryan puts up with the disrespect to himself and the client. Give the jobs to guys who will cover for you if you're not there, let's face it they would foul every job they did.
