@4:15 Ryan you need to pay your workers the full day and ask them NOT to work for the rest of the day. Obviously paying them half seems to be inefficient especially if its only 5k-6k per month like you previously quoted (when Tino took 26 minutes to poopity doopity lol). 60k a year isn't much especially if they're faces are shown to millions of people. Any other worker would feel the same exact way.. Thus Bugs (I miss that guy lol).. Keep that in mind.. But if you are paying them in full.. yeah you need to settle it.. Good luck..
