  1. I think the green tea post is made out of the United States they all different sizes if you buy red t post you will not have no problems I have found out you are right the green t post

  2. I've decided you bring the camera along on these long, tedious chores so you are 'forced' to be joyous in thy labours 🙂 hehe. What ever it takes. yup yup. Since I'm retired I enjoy watching others do manual labor instead of myself. I find it very relaxing. So, thank you. Wheeeeeeeeee !

  3. Pete, they make two different size T- Post which one is a 1.25 lb/ft. and the other is a 1.33 lb/ft. and there is the difference in the tail on the post. Usually a fence supply will have the 1.33 and a place like TSC will carry the 1.25 size that will screw up a lot of things.

  4. Pete. I'm not sure if this was ever your intention, but all of your videos are a great reminder that there are still good people out there. Your channel is played regularly at my house on the TV and myself as well as my wife and children love watching your videos. We live on 40 acres of land that needs to be cleaned up and we are working out hardest to make it a successful homestead and your videos are great motivation!

  5. Trillium are the flowers of Ontario and it's not legal for us to dig them up here. Fiddel heads are great too, in the spring. We freeze them for later enjoyment.

  6. Pete ! Your favorite pair of plyers looks just like my favorite pair . Yup hot wire fixin" never seems to end . Love you channel and the endless entertainment it provides .

  7. Hi Pete, those Ramsons are actually a wild form of garlic. In the southern half of Germany, where there are highly valued traditionally as an addition to meals, mainly because it's the first edible greenery and is also considered 'cleaning the blood' after a long winter of eating salt pork and potatoes😃

  8. We bought T posts and garbage yellow insulators 2 years ago at tsc…. I used a flat head to get them clipped around. Ours are all breaking too. Luckily it wasto "temporarily" block a drainage swale off. Rest of our posts are locust. Had to replace every insulator with ones not from tsc last summer. Cheap junk from that place always seems to create extra work.

  9. Love watching and learning. I had a question about the posts that popped into my head when you got the wet weather. Do you have to do anything to the freshly grinded part of the posts, protection from the elements to precent corrosion? Or do you not worry since you will probably replace them in the future to help simply your workload in the long run?

  10. I just wanted to tell you how much I like your videos. When I was a kid, about 65 years ago. I use to help my uncle on his small farm. It was abour 300 acers. He had a 2 row cultivator and a 2 bottom plow. I was too your to do much. He had a Farmall M. I thought it was huge!! I was only 10. Then in a few years he let cut the Kennedy acers. Yup- KENNEDY ACERS. That is how old I am. I thought the tractor was huge! I help my son-in-law now on his farm. The tractors are much bigger. But I love to see a small farm at work. I so enjoyed your videos on the Super C restore. You are so meticulous on your work. And how you name your animals. I would be a bad farmer. I would get attached to them and not was to sell them. Thank you for sharing how your farm is ran. Keep it up.

  11. Hey Pete, you mentioned you "wrote in your book how much I used to hunt". Is this a book you have written to sell about farming? If so, how can i find it? Thanks, keep up the great lifestyle and programming

  12. I have a suggestion don't know if it will work but, teared sheets pieces tide on the fence, this way they see it and maybe they can try to avoid the
fence?? Worth a try?? Lolol. We did with horses. Hey never know!! Blessings.
